Bauer sucht Bohne - farmer looking for bean
Es hat mit der Sojabohne begonnen... Der Grundstein der Bio-Sojabohnenprojekte wurde bereits im Jahr 2013 durch die Zusammenarbeit mit ersten Landwirten gelegt. Mittlerweile haben sich über 200 Landwirte für eine Teilnahme am Projekt entschieden, und es werden neben Sojabohnen auch weitere Produkte im Rahmen von Anbauverträgen angebaut und vermarktet.
Der Sojaanbau in Deutschland ist in den letzten Jahren zu einer interessanten Option geworden. Lange Zeit gab es nur wenige Sojasorten, die eine sichere Abreife auch in kühleren Regionen garantieren. Durch den Züchtungsfortschritt in den letzten Jahren kamen nun weitere geeignete Sorten hinzu, die sich durch gute Erträge auszeichnen. Damit ist es inzwischen möglich, auch bei uns erfolgreich Sojabohnen anzubauen.
It all started with the soybean... The foundation stone of the organic soybean projects was laid back in 2013 through cooperation with the first farmers. In the meantime, more than 200 farmers have decided to participate in the project, and in addition to soybeans, other products are also grown and marketed under cultivation contracts.
Soybean cultivation in Germany has become an interesting option in recent years. For a long time, there were only a few soybean varieties that guaranteed reliable maturity even in cooler regions. Breeding progress in recent years has now resulted in the addition of further suitable varieties that are characterized by good yields. As a result, it is now possible to grow soybeans successfully in our region, too.

Mandelprojekt - almond project
Nachhaltiger Bio-Mandelanbau - Sinnvoll und nachvollziehbar in allen Wertschöpfungsschritten. Biovegio liefert seine Bio-Mandeln an Händler und Hersteller von Müslis, Pasten (Nussmuse), Mandelgetränken, Konfekt, Süßwaren und Gebäck, aber auch Unverpackt-Laden-Lieferanten und Ölhersteller.
Sustainable organic almond cultivation - Sensible and traceable in all steps of the value chain. Biovegio supplies its organic almonds to distributors and manufacturers of mueslis, pastes (nut musts), almond drinks, confectionery, confectionery and pastries, as well as unpackaged-store suppliers and oil producers.
